Dennis Kelly has over 35 years of experience in the health insurance industry. He has founded multiple businesses, all with a focus on delivering improved health benefit plans at a lower cost.
Dennis has developed highly effective, proprietary processes which have proven valuable to both the insurance industry and employers. His insurance industry activities include teaching, analysis, and software development concerning the science of healthcare incentives. Dennis combines his technology and processes with personal expertise negotiating with insurance providers, designing benefit plans and creating employee incentives.
As an innovator in the consumer driven health care space, Dennis helped congressional leaders on Capitol Hill shape healthcare policy for the insurance industry throughout the 1990’s.
Dennis has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU) designation from the American College.
Prior to co-founding INCENTA in 2007 Brian enjoyed a varied and productive career as a United States Naval Officer, a contract administrator in the Civil Engineer Corps and as an executive in construction management.
In the mid 1990s Brian worked for the Cato Institute, a premier public policy research organization heavily involved in shaping consumer driven health care reform leading to the introduction of HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) solutions. Brian was instrumental working for Cato’s founders in the build out of the Washington DC office and assumed responsibilities as the vice president of administration.
Brian has worked alongside Dennis Kelly for decades, creating businesses and implementing strategies to provide affordable health care.
Brian holds a degree in Architecture from University of California Berkeley.
Paul has over 40 years of experience in the health insurance industry. He has worked for several national and international health insurance carriers including Travelers, Phoenix Mutual, GE Financial, Sun Life and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Paul has worked with brokers, consultants and employers in designing cost effective, value-based benefit solutions for employees. His knowledge of federal and state benefit laws and the employee benefit market enable him to assists with compliance for health care stakeholders.
Paul holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He has earned the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designations from the American College and the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation from the Wharton School of Business.
Peter is a certified financial planner ™ with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has delivered training and resources to consumers and financial professionals across the United States and internationally. His professional experience includes time with fortune 500 companies and currently as a small business owner.
Peter is an author, consultant, and sought after industry speaker on the convergence of health care and financial planning. His extensive knowledge of Health Savings Accounts and Medicare are instrumental in designing employer benefit plans.
Peter holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Gordon College. His professional designations include the CFP® and CLTC (Certified Long Term Care).
An entrepreneur at heart, over the last 30 years Larry has founded and run multiple small businesses in the real estate, mortgage brokerage, and food service industries. Larry’s passion for providing affordable health benefit plans stems from his many years as a business owner grappling with providing solid benefits to his employees. He was a founding INCENTA investor in 2007 and is active with several advisory boards.
Larry served our country for four 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. He is a licensed Realtor® as well as a licensed mortgage banker.
